Scaling & Market Leadership: Built Cosmic from the ground up into a go-to agency for short-form video strategies, driving high growth, brand innovation, and digital transformation for global clients. Achieved €10M revenues, €2M Ebitda with 80 team members in 5 years.
M&A Success (November 2024): Led the company through a successful acquisition by Retex (part of the Alkemy ecosystem), marking a major milestone in my entrepreneurial journey and proving the value of scalable, community-driven digital agencies.
